The Connected for Life Marriage Weekend is designed to build a culture of health in the marriages in your church family. This Friday Night-Saturday Morning format can be held on your church campus or at a hotel get-a-way. Either way, the content is biblical and practical, and the weekend will be sure to encourage couples to take their marriage to the next level.
Building People Weekend
People need hope, but they also need real help. Often they need a leader. But leadership is not about a program. It’s not about self-promotion. And it’s not even about finishing a project. Leadership is about building people, and we see that reality lived out in the life and ministry of Nehemiah.
I’m excited about the opportunity to help servant-leaders in your church or organization to develop practical skills based on proven principles found in God’s Word. The format can be customized to your schedule but a Friday Night-Saturday Morning works very well. Your staff and key leaders will be equipped and encouraged to rally to the great work of rebuilding broken people.
First Aid Coaching
Hospitals train for emergencies. Churches don’t. Unfortunately, leadership crises occur too often in the local church. And when a church loses its senior pastor or another key leader in a sudden and unexpected separation, remaining leaders must make critical decisions in a confused and sometimes chaotic environment.
Good decisions today can insure a better future tomorrow. So First Aid Coaching is designed to assist church staffs, deacon groups, personnel teams, and even congregations during their time of unwanted transition. The difficulties that a sudden separation bring can cloud our thinking and hurt our ability to make good decisions. So my goal is to provide biblical, objective, and practical counsel that will help churches move from trauma to renewed health.
